Loading 50ton corn milling machine to Mombasa on 26July after COC certificate inspection

Two months ago, Kenyan customers set a 50T/24H corn milling machine in our company--China Shijiazhuang Hongdefa Machinery Co.,Ltd,which is a professional manufacturer and exporter for corn milling machine and wheat flour milling plant.

Installed 50ton/24h corn milling machine. 

After more than a month of production and installation,the 50T/24H corn milling machine has been completed manufactured,However, according to Kenyan customs requirements, exports to Kenya's equipment need to do SGS to obtain COC certificate, which is the necessary documents for custom clearance in Mombasa port, Kenya.  So our customers firstly applied the Import Declaration Form - IDF from Customs Services Department of Kenya Revenue Authority . And then we helped to contact SGS office in China for doing this inspection.

This is the SGS Inspectors to factory for inspection 50ton corn milling machine. 


On July 25, SGS office's inspectors tested all parts of the 50 ton/24h corn milling machine to ensure that the quality and meets the requirements of Kenya customers. So,on July 26 we loaded the two containers.

The 50 ton/24h corn milling machine is full complete line contains cleaning, degerminating, milling, packing, controlling system. 

Perhaps many people will have doubts about why Kenyan imports corn milling machine from Hongdefa machinery? This is inseparable from the quality and after-sales service of our equipment, and more importantly, our corn milling machine is able to produce the super white maize meal and the quality is high but with competitive and reasonable prices!

1.Cleaning system in a corn milling machine: 
In cleaning system, we use stainless steel damper ,two layer and Stainless steel moisture bin. 
2. Degerminating system in a corn milling machine: 
Using advanced Japan technology,it can scrub germ and peel out the bran skin, it can produce pure white maize meal for ugali from this 50ton/24h corn milling machine.

About the food ,The raw materials and steps required are as follows:
Ingredients: 1 cup milk;  1¼ cups cornmeal;  1 cup water
Procedure:  1.Pour the milk into a mixing bowl. Slowly add ¾ cup of the cornmeal and whisk constantly into a paste.  2.Heat the water in a medium saucepan to boiling. 3. Using a wooden spoon, stir cornmeal and milk paste mixture into the boiling water. Reduce heat to low.  4.Slowly add the remaining ½ cup of cornmeal, stirring constantly. The mixture should be smooth with no lumps.  5.Cook for about 3 minutes. When the mixture begins to stick together and pull away from the sides of the pan, remove from heat.  6.Pour mixture into a greased serving bowl and allow to cool. 7. Serve at room temperature as a side dish to meat and vegetables.
