Alibaba’s Jack Ma visited Kenya and Rwanda Bring new opportunities for Africans

On July 19, Alibaba founder and chairman Ma Yun (Jack Ma) visited Nairobi, 38 fellow billionaires accompanied Ma, who is also a UN special adviser on youth entrepreneurship. This the first time he set foot on the land of Africa. He will attend the African summit in Rwanda, which attracted 1,500 attendees. He spoke in Nailab, the technical incubator in Nairobi, where he held talks with young entrepreneurs.

Ma shared his ideas and experiences with the African entrepreneurs and explored opportunities to participate in global trade.  He believes “ Alibaba's ­experience in China can be applied globally, giving all SMEs the opportunity to participate and compete in a transparent and fair marketplace, and the future economic globalization will allow consumers everywhere to access a truly global purchasing experience."
From Ma's words, we can easily see that he is a very imaginative and creative talent. Even the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development's Secretary-General said "He bring a visionary way of doing business, a desire for learning, and a belief in creating a better environment for young people"
